Your golf swing is only as good as your body allows it to be.
Golf Mobility with Marissa is a 50-minute, golf-specific movement class designed to improve flexibility, rotation, balance, stability and strength—all with the goal of helping you create a more efficient and powerful golf swing.
Whether you want to gain distance, improve your turn, reduce stiffness or simply keep your body moving during the winter, these classes are designed for golfers of all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
No yoga experience or previous mobility training is necessary.
Each class combines golf-specific stretching and movement designed to help you improve hip and shoulder mobility, thoracic rotation, balance and stability, range of motion, functional strength, and overall movement patterns for the golf swing.
Exercises can be modified to meet your individual fitness and mobility level.

“I have never been one to stretch before or after playing golf. That all changed when I took SuperSpeed Training and Mobility with Marissa. My lower back pain is gone and I’m also able to achieve a far better full swing turn, generating more power in my game. I wish I took this class 10 years ago.”

“Every winter I try to work on something to better my game. This past winter I took SuperSpeed Training with Marissa and saw measurable results.
Over six weeks, I increased my swing speed across all three SuperSpeed sticks, including nearly a 9 mph gain with the medium stick. That added speed translated to 10–15 more yards with my driver.
It's definitely made me a better player, and I highly recommend this class for players of all levels.”

Individual results vary.
“Who doesn't want to hit the ball farther and straighter?! SuperSpeed classes with Marissa gave me more than 10 mph of additional ball speed, improved strength and better flexibility.
The practice drills were ideal for keeping my body moving during the dark, cold winter months, and when the season started, I played the best golf of my life.
The SuperSpeed sticks are top quality and are now a permanent part of my practice routine.”

Swing speed isn't just about swinging harder.
Your ability to generate speed is influenced by how well your body can rotate, sequence, stabilize and move through the golf swing.
That's why this program incorporates Golf Mobility into every coached session.
We'll work on areas such as:
Hip and shoulder mobility
Rotation
Balance and stability
Range of motion
Golf-specific strength and movement
Creating a freer, more efficient swing
The combination gives you an opportunity to train both the speed of your swing and the body producing it.
No. The program is designed for golfers of different ages, abilities and swing speeds. You don't need to be a competitive golfer to benefit from speed training.
Absolutely. I'll introduce the training process, establish your starting numbers and coach you through the protocols.
If you choose the $479 Complete Program, your own set is included and is yours to keep.
If you already own an appropriate SuperSpeed set, choose the $339 Training Only option.
Your coached group meets once per week for six weeks. You'll also follow your assigned SuperSpeed training protocol independently between coached sessions.
Consistency is important. The program works best when you're able to complete the recommended training between sessions.
Approximately 60 minutes:
30 minutes SuperSpeed Training + 30 minutes Golf Mobility.
Groups are limited to a maximum of six golfers so I can provide individual coaching and monitor everyone's progress.
A minimum of four golfers is needed to run a regularly scheduled group.
If a time slot has fewer than four participants, I'll first try to combine golfers with another available group. If that isn't possible, the group may be rescheduled or canceled.
You'll be contacted before the session begins if your selected time needs to change.
Comfortable athletic or golf clothing and athletic shoes are ideal. You'll be moving, stretching and swinging during each session.
Training is held indoors at Twin Hills Country Club in Longmeadow, MA. Our indoor instruction and simulator spaces allow the program to continue throughout the winter.
Every golfer responds differently to speed training, so specific speed or distance gains cannot be guaranteed.
Todd and Graham's numbers shown above are their individual results. We'll measure your starting point and track your own progress throughout the six weeks.
Don't spend another winter simply waiting for golf season to return.
Use the offseason to work on your speed, mobility and movement so you can head into spring stronger, faster and ready to play.
Space is limited to 6 golfers per group.
