A yoga mat or beach towel, golf club (7 iron) and bottled water is all you need.
This class will:

🧘♀️improve your balance to increase your clubhead speed and be in control using ground reaction forces
🧘♀️learn to breathe to increase focus, develop tempo and release tension
🧘♀️strengthen your core, lower body & glutes to gain and increase efficient power
🧘♀️increase your range of motion for more rotation in the backswing and follow through,
🧘♀️increase hip mobility for more internal/external rotation so you're able to separate your lower body from your upper body to generate maximum power - efficiently!!
